Downloads do not appear
Check your browser downloads folder and allow downloads for this site. Export one file at a time on mobile. If a large ZIP fails, split the source data into smaller batches. No partial batch is downloaded after cancellation.
Excel import errors or missing zeros
Use XLSX or CSV, with one unique header row and at most 1,000 data rows under 10 MB. Legacy XLS should be converted to XLSX. Formula cells are not imported. Format identifiers as text before entering them; zeros and precision already removed by Excel cannot be reliably restored.
Barcode validation fails
Confirm the selected standard. Code 39 requires uppercase characters. EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, and ITF-14 require their specific digit counts. If you supplied a check digit, an incorrect one is rejected. Confirm the original identifier rather than guessing a replacement.
Labels drift across a page
Use the correct paper and label dimensions, grid, margins, and gaps. Print the PDF at actual size / 100%, with fit-to-page disabled. Uniform offsets can be corrected with calibration X/Y; progressive drift usually means the scale or label pitch is wrong.
Codes look blurry or do not scan
Prefer SVG or PDF instead of resizing a small PNG. Preserve aspect ratios, use dark bars on a light background, and leave clear quiet zones. Check the actual printed result on the intended scanner. Adjust thermal print speed and darkness and inspect the print head.
Camera access does not work
Use HTTPS or localhost. Click Start scanning and explicitly permit camera access. If permission was denied, change the site permission in browser settings. Stop scanning before switching cameras. If another app is using the camera, close it or use image upload.
Mobile browser limits
Large spreadsheets and ZIP files can use significant memory. Use smaller batches if your browser reloads. A phone cannot always set exact printer scaling; transfer the downloaded PDF to a desktop print workflow for accurate label sheets.
