These terms are an initial draft for owner and qualified legal review before public launch. They must be adapted to the operator, jurisdiction, and applicable law.
Permitted use
Use the tools only for lawful purposes and only with information, logos, and identifiers you are entitled to use. Do not create deceptive links, phishing codes, counterfeit identifiers, or material that infringes another person’s rights.
Generated output
The application adds no watermark and imposes no account requirement. You remain responsible for the data you enter, the rights to any artwork, and the suitability of exported images and labels. Generating a barcode does not register or assign a GS1 number.
Availability and limitations
The tools are provided without a service-level commitment. Browser memory, camera capabilities, printing hardware, and third-party destination services affect results. Features and safety limits may change. Verify important outputs independently before commercial or operational use.
Accuracy and liability
Check encoded values and test real printed codes on your intended devices. Static QR data cannot be changed after printing. Any final limitation of liability or warranty language must comply with applicable law and cannot waive non-waivable rights.
